You are a tenant or a landlord and you want to exercise a recourse at the Régie du logement. Before doing that, the Régie du logement suggests that you talk to the other party about what preoccupies you so that you may reach an agreement.

If you are not satisfied by that discussion, it is suggested that you remit to the other party a formal notice concerning the object of the litigation in question.
