Informing the Régie about a change of address

Fill in the section «Avis de changement d’adresse» if you have an open file at the Régie du logement and you wish to inform us about a change of address.

Please note : let us know as soon as possible, preferably by fax, if not then by mail. You will find the addresses and the telephone numbers of our offices at the Our Offices heading.

Replacing your case on the roll

Fill in the section «Réinscription au rôle» if your case has been stricken from the roll by the commissioner due to the absence of all of the parties at the hearing and you wish that it be replaced on the roll.

As of November 1st 2011, the costs exigible are of $34.
