Complaints Office of the Régie du logement
If you are dissatisfied with our services, you can complain to the Régie du logement's complaints office.
IMPORTANT! Please note that the complaints office cannot comment on:
decisions rendered by the tribunal;
the conduct of hearings;
management of hearings by the commissioners and special clerks.
If you are dissatisfied with a decision of the tribunal and wish to contest it, you can consult our website in the section entitled Contesting a Decision.
If your complaint concerns the conduct of an administrative judge, you must contact the Conseil de la justice administrative, an organization that is independent from the Régie du logement, and specifically mandated to handle complaints concerning the members of the administrative tribunals, including the Régie.
